Johnny has a spectacular aura about
Is this diet plan healthy?

I wake up and eat cereals with milk and a grilled cheese with white turkey or bologna.

Then I go to work.

After work I go to McDonald's and eat a double cheeseburger and a bacon cheeseburger.

Then I hit the gym for approximately 3 hours (45 minutes cardio, 2 hrs weight lifting, 15 minutes shower).

Then I go to my night lectures and come back home at around 9 to 10 pm. Once back home, I eat chicken breast with rice or a potato. Sometimes chicken chopped up with some spaghetti (the whole grain type).

I supplement my diet with protein shakes (60g/day).

What do you think? I am 5'9" and weigh 155lbs. I've been in this routin for approx. 7 months. I have very little body fat and I am very happy with my body (six pack, cut up). But am I getting all the nutrients that I need? Could I be adding something to my diet that will improve my performance at work outs (except for creatine)?
Thanks
