Calories burned playing a Wii??

How many calories do you think you burn in an hour of boxing on a Wii?? I have been playing it for maybe an hour or 2 and am sweating like crazy, I feel like I'm getting a pretty good work out lol! Thanks! =)
Well I'm not just flicking my wrist. I'm actually up, jumping around throwing punches as if I was really boxing. I'm not doing it the lazy way. I'm doing it the fun way.
Umm. I'm not all contained up. I get out. I have 23month old daughter that I have to chase around, but I had some "me" time & I just bought this Wii, & decided to play it. OMG. I was just curious how many calories I had burned. I jog on the treadmill everyday at 6mph for 30 minutes, so I'm not just sitting on my butt all day. Why do you assume if someone is playing a video game they are on them all day and don't get out?? I get plenty of exercise... Like I said, I was just curious how many calories I had burned!
xmelbirdx thanks! WOW an average of 125 calories every 15minutes? so one hour is 500 calories?? WOOO! =)
