do i have a healthy diet..cause im gaining fat like crazy ..what am i doing wrong?

im 16, 5'5 125 pounds..i wanna LOSE Weight ! i use to be 105 2 moNths ago but now i gained weight like CRAZZZZZZZY!! I CHECK my weight on the scale evry morining and bfoe i go to sleep.. i gain and lose weight ..like ill be 118 one day and 125 another...but still im not geting aby lower than 118!!

i eat healthy -a glass of milk for breakfast with a rice krispie
-a cheese and tomato wrap with chocolate mile at lunch
- i'll have a sanck after school ( fresh fruit drink with aple, oranges, carrots..i might have this 115-20 times in a month
-my dinner depends on my parents ..lol usually pasta, pizza, veggie burger or something like that ( my family and i aer done our diner before 5!! so my food is digested before i got to bed
- a glass of milk before i go to bed
i run about 2 miles every monday and wednesday
sit ups(120) and push ups(30) every tuesday and thursday
i'm a vegetraian so ..none of my fat is coming from any meats!

what is it theNNN!! ??

whats making me fat

Your body is still growing and changing. It sounds like you have a pretty healthy diet and exercise program...be patient and try not to be too hard on yourself. Judge progress by the way your healthy habits make you feel, not by numbers on a scale. Peace...
