Big tummy, small everywhere else! what a good diet to follow?

ok, im fourteen and im about about 153cm tall. i have thin legs, thin arms and im a 10aa bust which is practically nothing. my tummy is about 72cm around and it really bothers me. every time i eat i get bloated and it always sticks out. i can never wear those tops which clutch under your breats because that makes my tummy look even more larger. i've recently started runing 5km twice a week playing an 1 hour game of sport every saturday and go for a 10km bike ride every sunday but i think the problem is what i put in my mouth so what is a good balanced healthy diet i can follow? please be specific.
