Cheerleading and other fitness stuff?

okay as you know my cheer practice starts at the end of april. i am 12 and i weigh 105 pounds. i am so overweight. i am really fat. i need to loose weight. do any of you have anything to help me loose weight?
Dont say that my weight is perfect for my age because it is NOT! all the girls at school in my grade weigh in the early 90's! i am too fat for cheerleading! GIMME A FITNESS PLAN OR SOMETHING!

I weight over a hundred pounds and I've been doing fine with cheerleading! My friend weighed over 120 and flew! Its all about the person and how hard they work and their passion for it, not how much they weigh!

Do some running. crunches ab stuff. Dont worry about ur weight cause when you start cheering you will burn alot of cals. beside they need stronger girls to be bases
