Member of bally total fitness?

I am a member of bally total fitness but i want to cabcel i know you need a doctorz note or you have to move away so if i get a doctors note will they cancel my membership?
I know some people got screwed with them but i never gave them my Credit Card Number they just got some of my Info they wont be able to fuck me over down the line right?
