Fitness question for the nutritionist....?

What are the daily human nutrition requirements conducive for loosing weight down to the gram? In other words how much protein, vitamins, vegetables and amino acids will i need to meet the minimum requirements to keep my body full of energy and stable.

If u didnt read my last question my works outs will be 3 to 4 times a day consisting of heavy cardio and light weight training with sunday as a rest day.
this is for military so its not about body results but endurance results.

Do not worry about that... just monitor your calorie intake and burn off more calories than you take in... losing weight is as simple as that. good luck

Human body is capable of producing what it needs from whatever is fed to it.

Eat only when hungry and not more than three times a day. Include plenty of vegetables and fruits in ur food. Eat slow, chewing each morsel at least 32 times. This activates ur body to send signals that u have enough. No snacks or drinks in between except water.

Take light exercises and walking for about 30 min every day preferably twice a day.

Be patient to see the results in hassle free mode in reasonable time.
