| Post-diet weight maintenance?
I am a 17 year old male who has recently come off a strict diet in which I lost a total of 18 kg. Now that I'm through with the diet, what food should I eat to maintain my weight in combination with 30 minutes of daily exercise?

I think 2000 calories a day, with little junk food. you don't want to put on weight. but i seemed to maintain at 2000 calories, still eating healthy, a bit of exercise and a little junk food. look up a daily calorie intake calculator to see how many you need to maintain your weight. |
