Post-diet weight maintenance?

I am a 17 year old male who has recently come off a strict diet in which I lost a total of 18 kg. Now that I'm through with the diet, what food should I eat to maintain my weight in combination with 30 minutes of daily exercise?

I think 2000 calories a day, with little junk food. you don't want to put on weight. but i seemed to maintain at 2000 calories, still eating healthy, a bit of exercise and a little junk food.

look up a daily calorie intake calculator to see how many you need to maintain your weight.

Never diet. It's good that you lost the weight you neede to, but now you just need to eat sensible, always. Chose light, healthy options, as opposed to unhealthy ones and you should be okay.
