| Is a fruit only diet healty for my body? I am 15 and I have a cast on my leg so I can't do much exercising, I have been eating fast food a lot lately and I am gaining weight like crazy. So I am going to stop eating fast food and I don't have time to cook a healthy dinner and neither do my parents...so I want to eat fruit only...would that be a smart thing to do? |
