Is a fruit only diet healty for my body?

I am 15 and I have a cast on my leg so I can't do much exercising, I have been eating fast food a lot lately and I am gaining weight like crazy. So I am going to stop eating fast food and I don't have time to cook a healthy dinner and neither do my parents...so I want to eat fruit only...would that be a smart thing to do?

No. you need protein and fiber and carbs that you get from foods like meat and breads.

No, you wouldn't get all the nutrients you need. Try healthier fast food options. Go for grilled chicken sandwiches, easy on the mayo. Mcdonalds has these, they also have a fruit and walnut salad that is good for you. Arbys-market fresh sandwich,

No you need to eat all kinds of food of course it would be healthy though if you mean eating more fruits and vegetables than other types of foods but its uneccesary to cut everything but fruit

NOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! fruit only does not have all the necessary vitamins, minerals,amino acids, carbs,.........etc....when u get fast food get salads and stuff
