| Combined diet and exercises, approximately how many pounds can I loose in two months?
To be more precise, lets say I would eat about 1 plate of rice with viand, 1 pc. of fruit and 1 other variety of food daily. -Then my daily exercises would be 500 curls-up 200 squats 50 squatras and 2000x in jumping rope How much pounds could I loose if Ill do that routine within 2 months? (Additional info. I weigh 114 pounds and my height id only 5'1") Please do give your opInion. Im desperate of help! THANKS A LOT!. |

well this is based off from wrestling-cuz im in it, it takes around 3600 calories to burn 1 llb., a healthy way to lose weight is like 1-2 pounds per 1.5-2 weeks, breaking up meals to like 4-7 times per day helps boost metabolism n idk if this is part of ur routine, but like 30-40 minutes of jogging prtty much works out the entire body n most efficient in burning fat...also try eating more veggies/fruits cuz exercise will require more food!!!!

Prob not alot, because your starving your body, there for you body will store all the fat, so it can live off of it. Plus you will retain water, because your not getting enough, which in return will make you bloated which will make you look like you have gained weight.
