Does diet pills effect not having anymore kids if still wanting to have kids?

i mean like you already have a kid and can do nothing to lose weight so you eat diet pills and later on in the future you wanted to have another kid, does the diet pill effect on not having no more kids or it's alrite if you take the pills and still have kids.......help me out...i want to get skinny by using pills but afraid that i can't have anymore kids!!!!!!PLEASE HELP OUT!!!!!

I wouldnt recomend wasting my money on them. I have tooken so many and the only ones that work are the ones with ephedra in them and they dont sell them like that anymore because the FDA banned it. Dont waste your money...honestly. If they prevent pregnancy I do not know but they are not healthy either way.
