| Continue the diet or not? I am 17 year old male and currently using the gym and also dieting. My diet consists of of foods like salads, fish, crackers, chicken and liquids. I try to stick to my diet, but i am wondering if i should just leave the diet for a while, so that i can maintain a healthy nutrious diet. My body is still slightly growning and i have yet no facial hair. Does a low food intake affect growth? My question is should i contain my diet and gym for the next 16 weeks or leave the diet and just use gym? |

| i think you should continue your eating habits, they sound good. Although you are appearing to lack in foods high in iron. You should eat oats/museli and cereal also Going to gym as well as healthy eating will be much more effective. |
