| Does anyone know if being on the Depo Provera shot will stall a ketosis diet? I have been on the Depo shot for over 5 years. I went on the ketosis diet and lost 20lbs in 5 weeks. Then it stalled. I even increased the gym time and tried E.C.A. (ephedrine,asprin,caffiene) and stayed very strict to the diet. I can not get below 165lbs! I think it may be the shot does anyone know?
