| Anything else i should know about my diet? Hey, im on a diet and i really need to loose a lot of weight. At least 100lbs. Well anyways i have been doing lots of reading and i think i have a good diet going here. The foods i eat consist of: Special K and Toasted Oats cereal with skim milk, egg whites, tuna with no bread, just outta the can w/ a little bit of mayo, vegetarian chilli (99% fat free and no lard), a piece of fish (on my george forman grill), garlic, lots of fruits and veggies, the only thing i drink is water and ocasionally 100% lite apple juice. If i get a little craving for sweets i will but some fat free cool whip on my strawberries. Also i have success rice in a bag. I play tennis sundays and wednesdays, and i ride my stationary bike about 30 min a day. What do you think about this? I think i have a lot of the food groups covered. I make sure i get protein and some fiber. I take a multi vitamin every day with breakfast. I have my dairy also. I dont eat meat just fish. Any suggestions or do u think im good? TY!!!! |
