the absolute bare minimum daily caloric intake is that which is equivalent to your basal metabolic rate. determine your BMR and that is the minimum. for most you need to consume slightly more calories than the BMR requires just to facilitate fat loss.

I would just focus and doing some activities that will burn fat. Sports, biking, jogging, etc...

Focus on eating 6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones. It will jump start your fat burning metabolism. Good luck to you.
