| 1200 calories a day. i dont understand? 1200 calories a day seems like so much, i know your supposed to eat that much a day to lose weight but like whats the difference between having 1200 calories of cake, brownies, ice cream, other bad foods as oppose to having 1200 calories of fruits, vegetables, and healthy stuff      |
