| how many calories am i supposed to burn each day? how many calories am i advised to take per day and how manyi have to burn?becase every food that i buy is less than 90 and not more than 200 and when i go for my workout which is walking for an hour, i burn 300calories. is it right am i on the right track? if i loose 300calories everyday and i burn more than my intake calories, can any of you estimate hw long till i will loose weight if i burn 300calories per day for 5days workout! because i really wanna come back to my curved shape again, and go back to my size8. pleaseeeeeee help,thanks |
