| dietician/nutrition advice needed? okay so i've been on a diet for the past 3 weeks and it's left me with a funny tummy from the lack of carbs. all i want to do is lose 10 lbs (i'm 5 foot 4 and 8 stone 12 and want to be back to 8 stone 2), i don't do that much exercise....walk the dog for an hour every other day and as i'm a student i'm not really up and about anyway...i know i need to increase my exercise but can anyone suggest a meal plan for me which is really healthy, calorie controlled and makes me loose weight....i eat anything and everything and love healthy food.....only vice is bread and butter :S and chocolate but i only like the 85% lindt stuff |
