| is eating what you like only once a week like ice cream,allowed in diet? eating of ice cream once a week, is it a crime? if you on diet the whole week ? and mind you the whole week is just exercising and dieting. will ice cream gain my wait once a week?what i did is,i eat my ice cream but before eating it i drunk a lot of water then started eating the ice cream then drunk water again. have i messed my diet?      |
