| How many calories should I be consuming per day? I'm a 19 yr old female 5'9.5 133lbs and exercise 4 days a week (60min cardio and 30min of weight training) and on 2 of my off days i train for 60 min with my tennis coach so i'm physically active 6 days a week. So i was wondering how many calories should I consume on the when i do exercise and how many should i consume on my off days? |

| So long a u practice the following, u need not bother about counting calories: Eat only when hungry and not more than three times a day. Include plenty of vegetables and fruits in ur food. Eat slow, chewing each morsel at least 32 times. This activates ur body to send signals that u have enough. No snacks or drinks in between except water. Take light exercises and walking for about 30 min every day preferably twice a day. Be patient to see the results in hassle free mode in reasonable time. |
