| Is this diet program good?
Im 16 and 6'2 i weigh about 140 lb's. i exercise and eat healthy. my daily calorie intake is 3200 calories(healthy food) and i workout: monday-arms wed- chest/shoulders and fri-abs. for breakfast i eat 2 boiled eggs and a peice of toast with honey, for luch i eat a portein bar and a home made chicken burger, for my 2nd luch i eat two whole wheat breads with either chicken, beef, steak, or fish. i than workout and drink muscle milk, for dinner i eat a salid consisting of: 1 banana,1 apple, cup of slice grapes, half a cup of walnuts, half cup of rasins, cup of cashews, and whipcream, and a glass of organic milk before i go to sleep.
