| Where can I find a list of different types of excercises & the calories they burn?
I do some Windsor pilates abs and legs 1-2 times a week. I jog a few times a week, I have just started a little weight training like squats and lunges, and I occasionally swim.
I have no idea how many calories I would be burning.

Im not actually trying to lose weight or diet, I just want to maintain my body.
