so I have decied to get healthy and loose a bit of weight by excerising and eating right

. So I calculated my BMI and the BMI calculator site told me that I need 1480 calories per day to maintain my current weight. It also said to burn 250 calories per day through excercise and remove another 250 calories per day from my food intake to effectively loose about 2 pounds per week. So once I loose say 10 pounds, do I have to calculate my BMI all over again to adjust the amount of calories I need per day? Also how specific do I have to be when counting the amount of calories that are in the foods I eat? Thanks ppl!
