Corey K has a spectacular aura about
How long does it take for "calories" to register in your body?

OK...I've been on a diet for a few months now, I'm 17, female, 5'9, currently 83 kilos....

In my time dieting, I've had a few lapses and binged on bad foods...
But I always get right back on track straight after, and my binges are becoming less and less.
BUT....how long does it take to for calories to register on the scales?
because I had quite a bit one night, and the next morning...I got on the scales to see if I'd gained weight....and my weight was exactly the same!
I weighed myself again a few hours later and it hadn't changed....
I've done this before...and sometimes my weight even goes down...

What causes this? Is it becomes my metbolism speeds up???
In addition to eating STRICTLY healthy (maybe too healthy, thats why i was worried id gain weight quickly) I briskly walk 1 hour a day and go for a light job once a week.....

there is no amount of time that can be calculated. Your weight can fluctuate. I've had that happen before, you eat a bunch and it just stays the same, thats because daily, you burn a certain amount of calories, therefore you could of burned up all the calories you ate.
