| I sprained my ankle: What exercises and diet to follow? I slipped on a broken stair yesterday 7.30 in the morning. Theres a lot of swelling and muscle pull on my right ankle. The doc put a crepe bandage on and advised 10 days bed rest. But I cant do that. I have a kind of "fatophobia". I 've just come down to my desired weight. I dont want to bloat. Could you please suggest any light exercises and DIET to follow for these ten days to not put on weight.? I've never dieted only exercised. |

| crikey mate rest but if ya must some light weights ya can do lateral raises for shoulders and front raises bicep curls, tricep dumbbell exercises all these can be done sitting down ya can still do ab exercises i wouldnt do anything on ya legs untill ya ankles healed just keep to healthy balanced diet |
