| Maintaining fitness with lifestyle? Ok I was curious as to how someone would go about maintaing a proper diet with my lifestyle. Right now i am in college so i have no money really to stock up on things and my week is: Monday and Friday work from 8a-2p thursday wrok from 9a-2p i have classes every weekday from 4:30-8 at night and i sleep in on weekends big time i calaculated that i eat roughly 8 meals in a week. I work out every week day so my questions are: Am I not getting the full results from lifting because of my diet, and what would you recommend to do? Eat PowerBars or something of that nature? anything would be good |
