(i want to lose like maybe 10 pounds in the first 2 weeks cuse 1, i seem to lose fat real easy like usually the first 4 days around 1.5lbs a day totalling 7 and then it slows down to 1lb and then eventually .5lbs and then it stabalizes on .2lbs .... i was bored and was seeing if there was a pattern hehe)
