| [[summer fitness help]]? I'm a female,15...5"4 and 125 pounds. I am active in volleyball currently with practices and tournaments two nights a week where we do many strength activities and running. I also go running or for a walk after school for about 30 min at least 3 days a week. My goal for this summer is to drop down at least 10-15 pounds the healthy way. I would like to back to school in September feeling like a "new" me. My high school volleyball season is starting in early August. They are getting really tough on us this year and told us to get in the best physical shape we can. I would like help on how to get the best beach body i can, and being in great physical shape. I have changed my eating habits because I used to tend to overeat. Recently, I've lost my lovehandles,but I am looking for ways to get rid of the stomach flab and tone my legs. All help is great! =] |
