| Starting my new diet. Need your help!?
Ok. Ive got a few questions haha. Im starting my new diet starting tommarow. Im gunna be jump roping for an hour a day. Becuase i used a cal burning calculator and found out if i jump rope for an hour a day at a moderate speed i should burn around 900 calories. Is that the best workout i can do to burn calories INDOORS. and also, i basically just bought abunch of chicken breasts and special k becuase i know its good to eat while on a diet. Does anyone suggest anything els thats good and has that low number of calories im looking for? And one more question. I should be burning atleast 800 cals a day, so how many cals should i be taking in everday? Im only trying to loose about 15 pounds. Sorry so many questions =p. Any help would be insanely appricated. =]
