kswiss1195 has a spectacular aura about
curves fitness center?

I am a teen.
I am about 100lbs overweight.
I don't get much exercise...
So my grandmother is going to sign me up to join curves.
I am really excited about it...but I am afraid I am setting myself up for failure.
Do you think this will work for me?
Is it worth the money?

I have been looking around at other people's questions about curves and I haven't really seen anything about anyone losing alot of weight and that is my big concern because like I said I have about 100lbs that I need to lose.

Yes, curves is good especially for people who haven't been to a gym before. Its an easy routine. You just go in, stretch, and jump into the circuit anywhere, and go around like 3 times. The only problem is that it can get boring because its always the same thing. But if you do it 3 times a week, it works. You will tone up & lose weight, especially if you follow a reasonable diet. I used to go there, totally out of shape at first, I never got sore, and I lost weight. If you really wanted to lose 100 pounds, it would probably take a couple of years to do it right & healthily.

Honest to goodness answer, you will not lose those 100 lbs over weight by joining curves. I am one of their members and all you do is a 30 minute circuit training that at the end of your second round, wouldn't even yeild any sweat on your part. Don't mean to disappoint you but it would be better to join an aerobics class where you can really sweat it all out.
