| how is she burning more calories than i am? my friend and i went to the gym the other day and took a cardio bootcamp class. i did every single move and was sweating like a pig when i left. she did maybe 70% of the exercises but also half assed many of them (instead of actually punching and jabbing she just lifted her arm and put it back down) her cheeks were pink but she wasnt sweating when the class was over. yet when we went to the fitlinxx computer program in our gym it said i only burned 550 calories and she burned 785 calories..she said its cuz she weighs more (i weigh 158lbs and she weighs 311lbs) is it because she has more weight to lose that she burned more calories than i did? she even admitted i worked twice as hard as her yet she burned alot more calories...can anyone explain it to me? no rude comments please especially about my friend. she has struggled all her life with weight and she is trying to lose it. |
