| I want to start a no carbs, no sugar diet?
What are some foods that I should stay away from and what foods can I eat? I love mexican food...I know I can't eat rice...but what about corn tortillas? are they better than flour? can I eat them or are they loaded with carbs too? Thanks for your help!

No carbs is impossible. Besides that..you NEED carbs. Switch to whole grain products like brown rice, whole wheat pasta etc. White rice and regular flour items are refined..you want to avoid those. Eat lots of fruit and veggies and keep moving.
