| Is this a good breakfast for my diet trying to lose weight? Im stuck on what i should eat for breakfast for my diet is this good i heard breakfast is suppose to be a bigger meal is this a good breakfast? Special k cereal with 1/2 c skim milk= 150 cal 1/2 skim milk scrambled eggs (1 whole egg and 2 whites) i usally just eat speacial k with 1/2 c of milk and thats it is that good, i was just wondering if i was eating enough in the morning or would this be better scrambled eggs (1 whole 2 whites) 1 piece Whole wheat toast with 1 tsp of i cant believe its not butter 1/2 skim milk |
