| how many calories ?
if i rarely eat breakfast ( coz i havent got the time) and at lunch i eat EITHER a turkey sandwich ( i piece of turkey + brown bread + 1 slice of cheese + lettace + tomatoes ) OR 1 cup of noodles, and for dinner i eat salad !! how many calories do i put in my system , and if i excersice everyday for half and hour !! how much am i really puttin in my system ?
