| DIETING NEED ADVICE.. Look at my meal plan today? I'm used to eating way more so I dunno if this seems like too much food... I'm 5'5 140 lbs .. waant to lose 20 lbs. I'm dividing it into several meals... 1) Yogart 190 cal. 2) Frosted Cherrios 2 serving and 1 cup 1% milk ... 340 cal. 3) About 1 cup. Raspberried and Blueberries 4) Subway Veggie Delight 6 in. 240 cal 5) Natural Almonds 160 cal. Then dinner I dont know.... I should probably cut down my cereal to ONE serving... but I'm addicted to cereal. |
