| Overall Fitness?
I am a 20 year old male. I weigh about 64kgs and am about 6 foot tall. I am quite happy to be slim but I would like to get well toned over my whole body and in particular my abs. Ideally I would like to gain 2-3kg on my upper body as well. The biggest problem i have is that i get extremely bored with weights and jogging. I am happy to play a sport, but i have read that unless your form and posture is perfect that you can actually weaken ab muscles? What sport is going to help me tone up overall and can anyone suggest anything to make weights etc more enjoyable (iPOD can only do so much)
