| Hey any dieticians, trainers, whatever...? K so I am 18 years old, I weigh 139 and am 5'8 I want to loose 4 lbs the healthy weigh. I take a 45 min walk about 4 times a week and I only drink water. However I would like to know what portions of food I should be eating to reach my goal weight of 135. I know its only 4 lbs. But I want to do it the safe way and keep it off. Also in the summer I walk almost everyday for an hour(I don't know how that would help you but I just wanted to say it I guess.) |
