How healthy was my diet today?

Breakfast: 1 slice wholemeal toast bit of butter, 1 egg scrambled 1 tomato.

Snack: 1 small banana

Lunch 1 portion cod in batter, very few chips and broccoli and carrots

dinner: about 200g chicken breast grilled

my only question is did you have some salad with the chicken breast for dinner?? and you might want to add in some milk.

This is the basis of a very good meal plan!! Go!!!

Too many carbs at lunch. Some calcium would have been good, as in a glass of milk or some yogurt. More fruit too, remember you should have 3 servings a day.

very healthy, except that you really didn't have any calcium (dairy: yogurt, milk, cottage cheese, cheese)... You should add a green salad to dinner, with some cheese cubes, and a piece of fruit. Maybe you're drinking milk though; since you didn't mention your liquids.....

good good good. but you could even try to break all of those up into smaller meals and spreading them out more to keep your metabolism going, also maybe try adding more lean protein
