Jennifer Armstrong has a spectacular aura about
Carbs, sugars and calories.?

I don't understand it all, say if I were to eat an apple [45 calories] and worked off the calories.
And say my sister might eat 45 calories worth of candy but worked off the calories..
Does it really make a difference what you eat as long as you burn it off?
