| okay eating 500 calories vs. eating 1200+ calories? when i eat around 500-800 i feel that my body keeps that food like doesnt want to get rid of it and i end up feeling fatter .... whilst today i was stupid and had banana milk (150) chocolate (50 cals) subway (230) ice cream 4 wine biscuits yogurt (150) 3 dried dates (60) macaroni with salsa (not too much just the size of my palm) piece of toast some fries (eekk i know i know buy homemade) and i feel that my body is getting rid of them and i feel and look skinnier is it just me or normal or do i have to eat more in order to lose some weight numbers 5'8 female 17 160lbs thnx xxn0haxx some fries (eekk i know i know but homemade) um 6 inch veggie delight on wheat bread with swiss cheese and no sauce .... (^_^) |
