when i eat around 500-800 i feel that my body keeps that food like doesnt want to get rid of it and i end up feeling fatter .... whilst today i was stupid and had

banana milk (150)
chocolate (50 cals)

subway (230)

ice cream
4 wine biscuits
yogurt (150)
3 dried dates (60)
macaroni with salsa (not too much just the size of my palm)
piece of toast
some fries (eekk i know i know buy homemade)

and i feel that my body is getting rid of them and i feel and look skinnier

is it just me or normal or do i have to eat more in order to lose some weight

2000 calories is ideal, too little, and your body goes into starvation mode, and stores what you eat, fearing it's not getting anymore. Eating the right amount just uses it, and goes away, and balances out.
