I'm a few months shy of 17, 5'8 1/2" and 130 pounds. I burn about 100-200 calories a day walking for exercise and do about 250 crunches. I've been trying to drop a few pant sizes and lose about 8 pounds mostly through just being more active, but I'm also lightly dieting- so what's my daily calorie intake requirement? I've been eating about 1200 these past few days but I honestly don't know if that's too high/low.
