how much is this ?
i want to get big muscels so is this correct?
and if this is right
what can i eat alot of at home to get to this

I should be eating about 2400 calories every day, but I have track practice every day. If you are exercising, you should be eating more that you are right now. If you want big muscles, lift weights, and eats lots of protein. If you want to know exactly how many calories you should be getting, go to mypyramid.gov. Go on the mypyramid tracker and enter your statistics. It will show you exactly how much you need to get. Hope this helps!
