ok i'm going on holiday in 3 weeks...just found out yesterday and need to get in shape....i'm not overweight...5 foot 4 and 126 lbs but could do with losing a few pounds but REALLY want to tone up....want to concentrate on my thighs, upper arms and flat stomach....I'm a student so i've got plently of time on my hands...could anyone give me any tips or write a plan for me??i'll stick to it like crazy!!thank uuu
