im a teen and ive been but now recovered but i still just cant stop couning calories, i mean seriusly when i look at food i know how many calories it has...
how do i get rid of that??

I'm a recovering annorexic. I'm the same way. I could tell you how many calories are in vertually EVERY food. That part really won't go away, but you can train yourself to stop obsessing about every little thing that goes into your mouth. Simply eat when your hungry, and don't eat when your not. As long as you're making healthy choices, you won't get fat. I hope this helps. Get better.
diets and counting calories doesent do crap. you only lose weight once you get off the couch and start sweating, if you dont do that, then youll never lose weight
