How many calories in a serving of 93% lean ground beef?

we had hamburgers tonight and it was 93% lean.....

how many calories is that?

sorry but you have to be more specific. How big is the serving?

If it a standard serving recommended by professionals it shouldn't be more meat than what your hand size is..

so i can't tell you. also the type of meat... steak, pork...etc...

even different cuts can be fattier than others. Filet migion is the least in calories depending on the size.
