How Many Carbs and Calories Should You Eat In a Day?

I'm going on a diet =]
My goal is to lose 10 lbs (I weigh 120)

What are the average Carbs and Calories the average person from 10-15 years old eat?

And if I want to lose 10 pounds, how long should I stay on the diet?
