how can i cencel my fitness usa membership?

i have a problem for cencel my fitness usa membership.if sombody can help me,please contact my email wst2805@yahoo.com.i have really problem for that,i start to do the membership is 05/07(2 years contract) but me and my sister,we went to play only 2 day,thatwhy we want to cencle my member.andthen (national credit corporation) company is ,everymonth they take the money from my credit card.05/07 to until now,everymonth they take $200 to $400.this month they charge $ 800 ,i don't know why,and then we can't pay everymonth like this money,because my sister working on call job,andthen i working in gas station ,thatwhy somebody can help me ,please contact me,thank you .
