Help me tweak my fitness plan/eating habits?

I'll give you a break down of my stats first.

26 y/o Female.
5'6
150lbs

I drink water every day. I eat semi-healthily with fruit, veggies and calcium daily (I should probably cut down the amount of carb intake I have though).

My typical workout (Interval Training on 'exercycle'):
10 minute warm up on the bike going at about 80%.
Fit fix weight system the gym has set up (starting off at legs and working up to arms then abs).
Back to the bike for about 25 minutes. Start off with another 5 minute warm up at about 70%, then 1 minute intervals at 90% with 1 minute cool down at 60%. Will roughly do 5-8 intervals.

Any suggestions for change to my diet and exercise routine to be most effective (and safe) in weight lossis appreciated. My goal is 125-130lbs, however I do take into affect that muscle weighs more than fat.

sounds like you got it "locked down" but how late into the evening do you eat? try not eating after 6:00 pm. that way you have time to "burn off" what you did eat. it worked for me and you eat alot healthier actually. plus i cut out soda!
