Child Modeling Help (Fitness) !!!!?

Hi I'm going to a modeling school named Barbizon Modeling, and I need to know how to keep myself in shape. Should I do yoga,jog or what??? If so please get resources/ websites that shows what I can do. I'm a child at the age of 11, and I know that this will be my biggest challenge yet!!!

Just eat healthy and try to get 30-60 minutes of exercise everyday.
