I'm cute has a spectacular aura about
how many calories did I eat today and is it more than 1,400?

2 medium bowls fruit and fibre with skimmed milk

veg and low fat cheese macaroni bake (fistful portion) with huge salad containing plum tomatoes, spinach, lettuce and onion

2 pieces greens and black 70% cocoa chocolate

1 wholemeal pitta with small bowl chicken soup and the same salad mentioned before and spoon low fat natural yoghurt

1 wholemeal pitta with low fat hummus and salad

1 snack pot fuit
ive tried the calorie counter...it doesn't recognise some of the foods so that was a complete waste of time

That's normal haha.
I miss the days when we can just relax and eat a whole bag of chips and still not gain weight because.. we weren't busy counting calories, we were out having fun

How am I suppose to know? Just look at the amount of calories at the back of the packaging and add them up. I don't know how many calories were in your food.

Check the calories on the packaging then calculate it yourself. I can't believe you're expecting someone on here to do that for you!

Google a calorie counter and you can look these up yourself.
